Who We Are
Grillo Digital is an independent transmedia project created and operated by Ariel M. Hormazábal, a cyberpunk author and digital designer based in Chile. The project is a serialized saga exploring artificial intelligence, identity, and cognitive resistance — set in the dystopian megacity of Sun City.
References to "Grillo Digital," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Ariel M. Hormazábal and the Grillo Digital project.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the story text of Grillo Digital, episode narratives, characters (Grillo Digital, Sentius Corp, Animus, Sun City, and all related elements), the Philosophical Pantheon entries, artwork, logos, UI design, CSS, and JavaScript — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ariel M. Hormazábal and is protected by Chilean copyright law and applicable international treaties.

Prohibited Use

AI training prohibition: use of any content from this Site for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or augmenting artificial intelligence or machine learning models is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Ko-fi & Support
Readers who wish to support the project may do so voluntarily via Ko-fi. All transactions are processed by Ko-fi directly. Grillo Digital does not process payments, store payment details, or guarantee any specific deliverable in exchange for support contributions.
Support is voluntary and does not create a contractual obligation for the delivery of future content on any specific timeline.
